The University of Arkansas Community College at Rich Mountain will begin actively recruiting a Livestock Judging Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to design and build the first and only junior collegiate livestock judging program in Arkansas.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors and be willing to complete a Masters in an ag related field of study, and have experience as a collegiate livestock coach or participant. The prospective coach will be tasked with recruiting, fundraising and curriculum development. The position will be based in Mena, Arkansas.
In a capacity outside of the HR function of the college, I also suggest having functional knowledge of roadside van maintenance and a directory of the nation’s best gas station food.
