Sullivan Supply New Product Manager – Caroline Davis

We’re excited to announce that Caroline Davis is transitioning from National Sales Representative to New Product Manager at Sullivan Supply! Caroline has been an invaluable part of our sales team since joining in September 2021, thanks to her deep connection with customers and her passion for the livestock show industry. We’re thrilled to see her bring that experience into product development. As Scott Kinzer, Director of Product Development, shares: “We are very excited to announce that Caroline Davis has joined the Product Management Team at Sullivan Supply as a Product Manager. Caroline has been part of the Sullivan Team since September of 2021, serving as one of our leading show sales team members. Her background within the livestock show industry, along with her exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail, will be great assets for our Product Development Team.”
Reflecting on her time as a national sales representative, Caroline highlights the relationships she formed with customers by stating, “I formed friendships all over the country. I’ll miss the constant travel and seeing everyone on the road.” What led Caroline to take this exciting step forward was her desire to bring customers’ voices into product development. “As a sales representative, we listen to the types of products customers want and need. My mission is to advocate for and prioritize projects that our customers have repeatedly asked for.”
In her new role as Product Manager, Caroline is looking forward to offering a different perspective to the product development team, focusing on practical aspects like durability and functionality. She explains, “I think about questions like, how are these products going to travel? Is the design functional for the customer’s needs? Rather than just making a product that looks good, I want to ensure it stands up after many trips on the back of a livestock trailer.”
Caroline knows the ins and outs of how our products are used in the real world, and she’s excited to ensure those practical insights are reflected in the final designs. Moving into her new role, Caroline says, “I aspire to assist in developing new technology in the livestock show industry. I’ve joined a team of forward thinkers, each bringing unique approaches to designs and problems. Honestly, I’m looking forward to learning from the team and listening to their new ideas more than offering my own.”
