SHOW STEER FIESTA EXHIBITORS…In our continued effort to be exhibitor-friendly, help you have a great show experience & assure our event runs smoothly, we will be pre-stalling ALL STEER ENTRIES prior to their arrival, due to the extremely large number of pre-registered steers.
When you arrive in the trailer line, we will have your stall numbers & location ready for you. This will help make the move-in days as smooth as possible for our exhibitors & their families. If you attended the Patriot or Show Steer Junior Nationals, you know that we work hard to provide a smooth & easy move-in experience for our guests. One guest commented, “BOC is the Chick-fil-A of stock show move-in days!” We’ll happily take that compliment! Your help is a huge part of the success!
As a courtesy, we are giving you the opportunity to send us your list of people you want to be stalled with, before we finalize the stalling assignments. If you would like to stall beside anyone in particular (your stock show friends, families from your county, your 4-H or FFA chapter, someone you are sharing stall set-up or a generator with, etc) YOU WILL NEED TO FILL OUT A PRE-STALLING FORM and email it to us no later than 6 PM Thursday, July 21. (If you don’t have any specific requests, you do not need to send in the form. We will have your stall numbers & location ready when you arrive.)
PLEASE READ & FOLLOW the guidelines on the form before submitting. This form is simple & the process is easy! Email it to us at the address listed on the form. {Yes, screenshots of your form are fine.}
Important Reminders:
1. Make sure everyone on the form you are submitting is aware you’ve included them on your form! Check with them before you send it.
2. Please do not request specific locations in the barn.
3. Please make sure the exhibitor’s number of steers on the form, matches the number they entered online. {Yes, we check.}
4. Once a form is submitted, ABSOLUTELY NO changes or additions can be made. {Please read that line again}
5. You will quickly get a confirmation email (within a few hours) once we have verified all the entries on the form with our records.
6. Be sure to take a screenshot of your completed form and text it to each member of your group. They will need it for check-in at the trailer lot.
7. Those who have already contacted us regarding their group’s tent rentals outside, make sure your group members know they will not need to submit this form. The group leader has already done so.
