Pigs may begin to arrive on the grounds on Friday, May 29 after 5 pm
You must use the gate off Lancaster Pike that has the cow statue beside that gate.

 

Show start times
Saturday 10:30 am
Showmanship will be run in both rings and be on Saturday ONLY
DOUBLE DOWN SATURDAY
Sunday 9:30 am
2 rings ONE SHOW

 

Check in times
Online registration will be available live on Tuesday, May 26 at 8 am through Friday, May 29 at 3 pm. Post with link will be shared tomorrow morning.
At the fairgrounds:
BRING YOUR OWN WRITING UTENSIL as we will not be providing ink pens.
Friday 6-8 pm
Saturday 8-10 am
Sunday 8-9 am
$30 entry/head per show, please make checks payable to List Family Showpigs

 

Penning
Pens will be limited in the barn as the Pickaway County Health Department is only allowing half of the number of pens to be used. You will need to FIND Mark List or any of his barn crew to notify them that you will need a pen. They will direct you where to pen.
You will need to bring pen dividers as 2 pigs are expected per pen.
Shavings are not provided so each exhibitor will need to provide their own shavings.

 

Showing off trailer
We are encouraging families to show off of their trailers and prep at your trailer. Please be respectful of space when parking your trailer. There will be a person directing livestock trailers where to park.


Bleachers/ Seating
There will be NO bleachers available for seating as we are asking families only to be near the arena when your child is showing then exit Heritage Hall.

 

Camping
Camping is $30/ night for electric and water hookup. You will be charged per night the camper is pulled in. Please make checks payable to the Pickaway County Agricultural Society or you can pay with a credit card at the grounds. Payment can be made when you arrive. Someone will be in the camper lot to direct you where to park campers.
PLEASE FOLLOW CAMPING GUIDELINES set forth by the state and county.
⁃ Campers are to be 10 feet apart
⁃ Campers are not to be parked to form a compound
⁃ Only ONE family at each campsite
⁃ Pickaway County Agricultural Society prohibits campfires on the grounds
⁃ Social distancing is a must!


Wash racks
Hoses are in wash racks and are expected to remain in the wash racks.

 

The List Family and the Pickaway County Agricultural and Event Center are doing everything they can to provide the safest venue and the opportunity for your child to be able to have a live show. We ask that you do the same in following all guidelines set into place by this venue and the OHPIGS Circuit in order to have a great weekend back in the ring.
