NALJA Showmanship Judges Announced

NALJA is excited to welcome Jason and Justin Barber as our 2022 NJLSC Showmanship Judges.
Jason Barber lives in Aledo, TX and is an employee of Superior Livestock Auction which is North America’s largest cattle merchandiser. In 2021 Superior marketed over 1.4 million head of commercial cattle. Jason is in his 16th year at Superior Livestock and he manages the Purebred Division which broadcasts approximately 800 production sales across the United States annually between Superior Productions and LiveAuctions.tv. Jason is also instrumental in the success of Superior’s large commercial cattle auctions that rotate across the United States in the summertime, and he manages the Superior Progressive Genetics Value Added program for the commercial cattle side of Superior.
Justin Barber lives in the Texas panhandle and manages Barber Ranch along with his brother, Brett, and parents Dale and Mary. Barber Ranch is a family owned registered Hereford operation that focuses on raising seed stock for both purebred breeders and the commercial cattleman. They currently market over 120 Hereford bulls yearly in their annual bull sale. Barber Ranch is also actively involved in the American Hereford Association and showing cattle at the state and National level.
