National Sales Representative, Caroline Davis has been a part of the Sullivan Supply Family since 2021. Many of you may recognize her as the smiling face at the Sullivan Supply trailers across the show circuit. Originally rooted in a 5th-generation commercial cattle operation, Caroline began showing at the young age of 10 years and continued till she aged out. Caroline began her journey in the livestock industry after she first participated in a Stock Show University Clinic in 2012. Following that, Caroline decided she wanted to further her impact within this industry. Caroline states, “She hopes to work with kids who couldn’t afford the expensive ones, but still had the heart for it.”
Caroline, her dad, and her family strived to inspire others around them to take part in the livestock industry. They sponsored kids in their county, supplying calves for those who wanted to show but did not have the means. When Caroline entered high school, she began helping juniors enhance their showmanship skills and leased cattle to those who wanted to show. At Sullivan Supply, Caroline can use her knowledge and skill set to assist customers with finding products appropriately that fit their show needs.
Carolines hopes to build connections and encourage kids to get outside of themselves while making lasting friendships in this industry. To Caroline, “Cattle come and go, but the relationships we form, whether at a small jackpot or a national show, are the ones that will carry us through life.”
A significant part of the Sullivan Supply Sales Team is traveling. Fortunately, Caroline’s favorite part of the job is having the ability to meet so many people in this industry while traveling from coast to coast. Through Sullivan Supply, she has been allowed to build connections with families from North Carolina to California and everywhere in between.
