Our Sullivan Supply Sales Representatives have become the friendly, familiar faces that many have come to know. Today’s friendly face behind the window that we are highlighting hails to us from the mountains of West Virginia. Leonard Wagner joined our team in Hillsboro, Texas six years ago. Leonard’s background of farming, as well as raising sheep and cattle has equipped him with practical knowledge across the ever-growing industry to help better serve you, our customers.
Leonard enjoys working in his position as a sales representative because he enjoys having the opportunity to talk to like-minded individuals at every show he attends. “I love to talk to people about their projects and to have the chance to watch kids who work hard with their show animals succeed,” says Leonard. However, his roles do not stop there, Leonard doubles as the repair manager while in the Hillsboro warehouse. Leonard says he has always had a niche for mechanics, so being the guy in charge of fixing blowers and sharpening blades in the south was a perfect fit for him.
One of Leonard’s favorite opportunities during his time here at Sullivan Supply has been getting the chance to travel across Texas and neighboring states to expanding his network and knowledge within the industry. “I enjoy my time spent traveling and meeting new people every show I go to, says Leonard. “Because of my position as a sales representative I have has the opportunity to meet several people from across the country.” As all our sales representatives, Leonard is grateful for the chance to network with new people and visit new places which he may not have gotten the opportunity to do so if it were not for joining the Sullivan Supply family.
