Had several questions among families new to D4TC, so providing these FAQ answers
*Rings are $55/ring pre-paid ($110 total) with a $40/head late entry fee.
*Calves do NOT need to be sponsored to show. Sponsored cattle (bought from sponsor) will receive additional prizes and payouts in Breeders Cup ring.
*Hotels- We have hotel blocks reserved with discounts, in an earlier post.
*Cattle do NOT need to be on site until they show and can leave immediately after.
*Check-in is virtual, need reg papers for registered cattle at time of check-in. If no reg papers at check-in, will show commercial.
*Declared weight for market cattle & commercial heifers. (Scale on site for declaration and re-weighs).
*Showmanship sign up is in person at check-in.
*Health papers must be presented at check-in as well.
*Must pay for a box stall to use the heated facility (heated wash rack available to all). Each stall REQUIRES 2 bags beeding per faclity rules.
*There are tent spots available outside of the facility as well as room to stall off trailers. When the heated box stalls are gone, they’re gone.
*Early pay discount deadline (free sponsor shirt) November 9th.
