Program Purpose

This event internship program will offer individuals the opportunity to work hands-on with the marketing department at Sullivan Supply Inc, the innovative leader in livestock grooming supplies at various events around the country.

Eligibility:

  • The internship is open for anyone to apply.
  • Applicants should be an upper-level college student or recently finished school.
  • Applicant should be skilled with Adobe programs and have basic photography & design skills.
  • The applicant should be detail oriented, outgoing and can work well with all types of people and in stressful situations.
  • Applicants should be knowledgeable about multiple social media platforms and creating.
  • They should be creative and can work on their own without excess supervision.
  • Must be willing and able to travel both alone and with coworkers.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs, work in all weather conditions and temperatures.

The Internships

  • The internship will run the duration of selected event. This could include travel to Dunlap, IA to help pack/unpack.
  • At events interns will help with pulse coverage, Stock Show University events, marketing activities, content creation, planning for future years.
  • This internship requires computer skills and manual labor skills.

  • Arizona National – Phoenix, AZ – December 28-31
  • Cattlemen’s Congress – Oklahoma City, OK – December 30 – Jan 11
  • National Western Stock Show – Denver, CO – January 6 – 21
  • Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo – Fort Worth, TX – Jan 12- Feb 3 (flexible dates)
