Here are some great food spots…if you don’t believe us take it from these industry greats and loyal Pulse snapchat followers!

1. Jack Stack Barbecue – $$
Fiorella’s Jack Stack Barbecue is a small chain of barbecue restaurants, catering, private dining facilities, and nationwide shipper of barbecue located in the metropolitan area of Kansas City, Missouri.

“American Royal visitors get ready for some awesome Kansas City barbecue. It’s one of my KC favorites, not only great food, but a neat rustic atmosphere in the historic freight house. I would go for the cheesy corn as your side and a stock of onion rings to start.”
Amy Cowan, Youth Activities Director, American Hereford Association

4747 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO
(816) 531-7427

2. Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse – $$$
Upscale Brazilian chain for all-you-can-eat meat carved tableside plus an extensive salad bar.

“Everything about Fogo de Chão is great. If you haven’t been, let me explain. Start your meal off with a salad bar featuring different varieties of aged cheeses and salads. Then, for your main course you receive a coaster with a green side and a red side. When your coaster is flipped to the green side you better be prepared because servers will be lined up to offer you 15 different choices and cuts of meats prepare on a skewer. Hopefully you came in hungry because until you flip that coaster to the red they keep the meat coming. If you want more, flip it back to green. After all that, if you somehow have room left over, the desserts are to die for. Oh and the service is phenomenal! “
