It’s show week and we couldn’t be more excited to have everyone come out! Just some housekeeping things to keep in mind this weekend at the show:
-BARNS OPEN AT 9:30 AM FRIDAY
-Check in from 4-8pm
-Bedding is provided in the Barn, but will not be allowed in the Tie-Outs or around your trailers
-Manure must only be placed in the manure bins
-No aerosols or alcohol in the arena
-Upon arrival on Friday exhibitors will enter the grounds through gate 4, (see map) located on Stolley Park Rd. They will enter the sheep barn from the west. After unloading they’ll need to exit through the east and then turn left and go between the sheep barn and the Pinnacle Bank Expo Center to the trailer parking lot just west of the Pinnacle Bank Expo Center. In terms of parking, there is a big wrestling tournament going on in the Heartland Events Center, so exhibitors and guests will need to park between Pinnacle and the sheep barn or west of the sheep barn and Five Points Bank Arena. You are welcome to park vehicles in what we call the cage (where people come from gate 4 to go into the sheep barn).
-After the conclusion of the show the barn and arena need to be vacated by midnight
