Dr. Thomas J. Burkhart, of Sioux Falls, father of Sullivan Supply General Manager, Matt Burkhart, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 under hospice care at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls. Thomas Jay Burkhart, 73, of Sioux Falls, SD passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, SD. His funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at West Nidaros Lutheran Church (Masks are encouraged), 25400 471st Ave., Crooks, SD, with internment at Logan Reformed Cemetery in Dell Rapids, SD. The family will be present to greet friends from 4:00 – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at West Nidaros Lutheran Church, Crooks, SD.
