Ring B Judge – Pace Mittelstaedt
Pace grew up raising and showing pigs in Amber, Oklahoma. He attended Redlands Community College where he was a member of the livestock judging team. He then continued his career at Oklahoma State University and was a member of the 2023 National Champion Livestock Judging Team. Currently, he is pursuing a Masters Degree in Animal Science at Oklahoma State University while assisting in coaching the Livestock Judging Team with plans to graduate in May of 2026.
