Dear Patriot Sale of Champions Supporter:
The Patriot Junior Market Steer Show has been hard at work organizing a livestock show, since the minute of the cancellation announcement of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. The cancellation was a devastating loss for thousands of stock show families who rely on earnings from major stock shows to purchase their livestock projects and contribute to their kids’ college educations. The Patriot Show, which is set for February 2-7, 2021 in Abilene, will host approximately 1500 Texas 4-H and FFA Exhibitors ranging in ages from 9-18. The show will draw an estimated attendance of 4,000 to 5,000 stock show enthusiasts a day.
Our show and Sale of Champions is run “by the people, for the people.” This event is organized by volunteers and financed entirely through donations. We’re asking for your support of the Sale of Champions, where 270 prize-winning exhibitors will get the opportunity to sell their steers in the auction. Our mission is to rally together and raise $2.1 million dollars prior to the sale to support these hard-working, young people of Texas.
