Meet the Judge:
The NJSA is pleased to have Jim McCoy join us in Indianapolis to judge the Crossbred Barrow Show at the 2025 Exposition.
Jim is from Bloomington, Ohio where he has recently retired from Real McCoy Genetics, a show pig and boar stud operation. Currently he is operating an independent showpig consulting business, assisting multiple boar studs, producers, and showpig breeders. In this role he helps customers with marketing, sales, and new purchases. Jim has found that this is a very rewarding way to be a part of the showpig industry.
Jim is married to his wife Amanda, has four children and 12 grandchildren. He has judged swine shows at all levels in 33 states over the past 46 years.
