The countdown to Abilene starts now—but first, let’s take a moment to celebrate what just wrapped up! The 2025 National Junior Shorthorn Show was one for the books, bringing together families, friends, and fierce competitors for a week that perfectly captured the heart of the breed.
Pulling off an event of this scale is no small task, but Shelby Diehm, Director of Youth Activities, Marketing and Communications, did it all while also taking care of her two sons. With the support of the American Shorthorn Association staff and the AJSA Junior Board, the week ran smoother than ever.
