The NJSA is excited to have Ryan Watje join them in Louisville, KY to evaluate the Crossbred Gilts at the 2025 National Junior Summer Spectacular.
Ryan alongside his family own and operate W-D Showpigs, a 100 sow operation, based in Turlock, California. W-D Showpigs is known for producing high quality, competitive swine, dedicated to structure and overall performance. They are proud to say that they raise, show, and sell only genetics produced on their farm. This approach reflects Ryan’s beliefs in standing behind the quality of his herd.
Agriculture runs deep in the Watje family, and their passion for the industry is a shared endeavor. In addition to work on the farm, Ryan serves as a Primo Feeds Ambassador, promoting excellence in animal nutrition and care. Ryan and his family are actively involved in exhibiting livestock at a local and state level. He is honored to serve as a crossbred gilt judge in Louisville and looks forward to evaluating top-tier livestock while connecting with fellow breeders, exhibitors, and families.
