Please join us as we thank Show Manager, Steven Robinson – Hillsboro, TX for his time serving the livestock show industry and congratulate him on his new position. Steven joined the Sullivan Supply team September, 6th 2016 as a Sales Representative and was later promoted to Show Manager – Hillsboro, TX. Steven has been an invaluable part of our team for the past three-years. We will forever appreciate all his hard work and want to wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors. What was your favorite part about your time at Sullivan supply?
I really enjoyed traveling across the state of Texas to all the shows and expanding my social network with people in the show industry.
What advice do you have for your sales team?
My advice to my fellow sales team members would be to not limit yourself and be open to exposing your vulnerabilities. It helps build your character and develop and broaden the depth of the team. To future sales members, I would advise them to ask for help. There is so much you can learn from one another by asking a simple question. You learn something new everyday.
What have you learned during your time at Sullivan Supply?
I have learned that the show industry truly is another extension of your family. I have also learned that it is okay to step outside your comfort zone and explore something new. It’s a very rewarding feeling. Building our team here at Sullivan Supply – Hillsboro, TX has been the most rewarding accomplishment as I have built lifelong friendships with my staff. My co-workers are some of the best of the best and it has been a privilege to work along side them. It has been an unforgettable chapter in my life and I will forever be grateful for the friendships and memories made along the way.
