The NSR office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. The office will be closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for the Thanksgiving holiday through Sunday, November 30. Please plan your requests accordingly.
