Meet your 2025 NJLSC Showmanship Judges, Todd & Holly Alford!
Todd and Holly Alford were both born and raised in Northern, Georgia. They met at the University of Georgia in the Fall of 1999. Married in 2003 they began Alford Livestock Service as a way to earn a living. They traveled much of the country assisting cattle producers with production sales, youth cattle shows and other livestock events. They have hosted or ran numerous cattle camps and fitting clinics for young exhibitors. Todd and Holly assist in marketing cattle for several southeastern operations. They take pictures, shoot videos, create marketing material and service customers. Today along with sale coordination and management they run Oleo Ranch, a registered Angus and SimAngus cattle program located in Elberton, Georgia. At Oleo Ranch they concentrate on producing bulls for commercial cow calf producers and elite females for other seedstock operations. They host their annual production sale the second Saturday in May named From the Ground Up. Holly also works as an outside sales representative for Midwest Vet Supply. She services veterinarians in Northeast, Georgia and a couple counties in North and South Carolina.
Todd and Holly have two young sons who are actively involved in the ranch and love to exhibit livestock. They exhibit show pigs and breeding heifers throughout the Southeast. Both sons are serious about playing baseball and travel the state competing in ball tournaments. The Alford Family dreams of growing their cattle herd and continuing to help both commercial and seedstock cattle producers for years to come. They are honored to work with young people to ensure the agricultural sector is in good hands in the future.
