Moo U Tours is offering a job opportunity to work as a livestock tour guide at the State Fair of Texas. The fair runs from Sept 28- Oct. 21. You can work for one week, or more. This can be considered a paid internship or just contract work. Housing is provided with travel covered if coming from out of state and able to work at least 12 consecutive days. Your job would be to walk the general public through the livestock barns while talking on a portable PA system telling them about the animals they see. Tours are non scripted and you will go through training the first couple of days working. A training manual is provided. Food and Moo U shirts are your only out of pocket cost. Having a livestock background/or degree in agriculture and enjoy talking to folks is a must.
