Meet the Pulse Manager – Rachel Davis

With a lifelong passion for the livestock industry and a deep understanding of what makes the show world tick, Rachel Davis brings energy, creativity, and experience to her role as The Pulse Manager at Sullivan Supply. From early mornings ringside to late nights posting show results, Rachel is at the center of the action—helping bring real-time coverage, meaningful stories, and industry highlights to thousands of stock show families across the country.

As The Pulse Manager, Rachel is the one organizing and executing show coverage, as well as coordinating with photographers, interns, and Pulse correspondents to make sure every moment is captured and shared. From national events to jackpots Rachel works behind the scenes to ensure each show is promoted with professionalism and passion. Her strong communication skills and ability to plan ahead keep things running smoothly.

Representing the Sullivan Supply brand is something Rachel takes seriously. “It’s more than just a job,” she says. “It’s about upholding the reputation of a company that’s truly invested in the success of the livestock community. Everywhere we go, we’re not just providing products—we’re promoting people, supporting families, and being present for the industry we love.”

Rachel’s role also puts her in direct contact with industry leaders, show organizers, and youth program directors. Whether she’s helping launch coverage of a junior national or working with longtime breeders to highlight their success, she brings a high level of professionalism and a personal touch that sets The Pulse apart. Her ability to build strong relationships and stay ahead of trends keeps Sullivan Supply and The Pulse at the forefront of livestock show media.

But it’s not all behind-the-scenes work. Rachel thrives on being out in the field—traveling to new places, building connections, and capturing the energy that only a stock show can deliver. “What I look forward to most is getting to reconnect with old friends, meet new faces, and stay an active part of the show world,” she says. “Every show is different, but the people are what make it special. Being able to tell their stories and celebrate their successes is the best part of what I do.”

Rachel is quick to give credit where it’s due, especially to The Pulse correspondents who work tirelessly behind the scenes to help bring coverage to life. “Our correspondents are the real MVPs,” she says. “They go above and beyond—whether it’s getting the perfect shot, writing heartfelt captions, or staying up late to make sure results are posted in real time.” Rachel emphasizes that The Pulse’s success is truly a team effort, and she’s proud to work alongside such passionate, driven individuals who care deeply about the livestock industry and the people in it. “They don’t just do the job—they excel at it, and that’s what makes our coverage stand out.”

Whether she’s coordinating the content schedule, running The Pulse’s coverage, or capturing a champion drive, Rachel Davis brings focus, organization, and a strong connection in the livestock industry to everything she does. Rachel will be at a variety of junior nationals this summer, be sure to stop by and say hi!
