At Sullivan Supply, we’re lucky to have team members like Josh Brink, who bring hard work, kindness, and dedication to everything they do. Josh is our National Sales Representative and is based in Dunlap, Iowa. He grew up in Dow City, Iowa, where he first got involved in the livestock industry. Many of his friends showed livestock and worked at the Sullivan Supply warehouse during the summer. It didn’t take long for Josh to join them, and he quickly found a passion for helping others in the show world.
Josh enjoys getting to travel and visit new places across the country as part of his job. But what he loves most is making a difference for young exhibitors. His advice for anyone heading to a show is simple but important: “Before you leave for a big show, always make sure that you have everything you need! But if you ever forgot something, Sullivan Supply has your back.” Josh is always ready to help, and his positive attitude is clear in everything he does.
The summer Junior Nationals can be especially busy, with the team packing trailers and setting up at shows, then moving out and doing it all over again the next day. But for Josh, it’s all worth it. He says the most rewarding part of his job is seeing the kids he helped succeed in the show ring. Watching their hard work pay off means a lot to him — it even makes him emotional at times. When it comes to his favorite Sullivan Supply product, Josh recommends Blizzard. He likes how it gives exhibitors more power when fitting.
Josh does more than just sell products — he supports and encourages young people in the livestock industry. He knows how much effort it takes to succeed, and he’s proud to play a small part in that success. Whether he’s giving advice, lending a hand, or just cheering people on, Josh shows what it means to be a true team player. His hard work and care for others make him a key part of our Sullivan Supply family.
Meet Jackson Tarrance
Along with experienced team members like Josh, we’re also proud to have newer faces like Jackson Tarrance on board. Jackson is a Sales Intern, based in Dunlap, Iowa, but originally from Welling, Oklahoma. He grew up raising and showing pigs, which sparked his love for the livestock industry. Jackson enjoys meeting new people and helping customers at shows. His advice is simple and inspiring: “Be a good person — your character will outlast your accomplishments.” Jackson’s favorite Sullivan Supply product is Revive, which helps animals look their best without leaving any oily residue.
