Meet Haylie Spear! A proud native of New Washington, Indiana, Haylie graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. In May 2025, she brought her passion and drive to the Sullivan Supply team. Over the past year, Haylie has enjoyed getting to interact with new people, “I wouldn’t have met so many people without this opportunity.”
What has been your favorite part working for Sullivan Supply? “Growing up showing swine, I always looked up to the quality and innovation of Sullivan Supply products. Now, being on the other side of it, it’s excited to contribute to a team that’s truly passionate about helping youth and families succeed in the show ring. I’m always looking for ways to learn, grow, and give back to the industry that has shaped who I am.” “Junior Nationals are my favorite time of the year because they are filled with so many fun activities,” Haylie said “I get to see so many familiar faces and have a really good time.”
How has the livestock industry impacted your life prior to this position as a Midwest Sales Representative? “As I mentioned before, I showed swine throughout all ten years of my 4-H career, consistently participating in jackpot shows across Indiana. The lessons I learned in the show ring, along with the lasting friendships I’ve built within the industry, have left a lifelong, positive impact on me.”
What is your biggest advice to people in the show industry? “Soak it all in while you can and learn as much as you can. Take the opportunities as they present themselves, because you don’t know where it will lead you to in the future.”
