Meet Paula Shenold! A Kansas native with a lifelong passion for agriculture, Paula joined the Sullivan Supply® team when the Stillwater location opened in January 2025 and has been making an impact ever since. Raised on her family farm in Rossville, Kansas, Paula grew up showing cattle, pigs, and horses before continuing her education at Hutchinson Community College, where she judged livestock, and later at Oklahoma State University as a member of the horse judging team.
Paula enjoys working at Sullivan Supply® because it allows her to remain deeply connected to the livestock industry that has shaped her life. After spending years judging shows, supporting her children’s exhibiting careers, and working alongside livestock families, joining Sullivan Supply® was a natural fit. She especially appreciates the welcoming, family-oriented culture of the company and the opportunity to work alongside some of the best people in the industry.
Outside of work, Paula’s life continues to revolve around agriculture and her family. Her son is a high school senior who still exhibits steers, while her daughter, Emma, attends Oklahoma State University and works part-time with Sullivan Trailers. With agriculture woven into every aspect of their lives, it’s no surprise that Paula feels right at home in the barns and at livestock events across the region.
For Paula, the most rewarding part of being a member of the Sullivan Supply® family is sharing in the experiences of breeders, exhibitors, and their families. She loves watching parents celebrate every milestone alongside their children and seeing young exhibitors leave the ring looking for a hug or high five from the people who supported them along the way. Knowing she gets to play a small role in those unforgettable moments is what makes her position so meaningful.
