Madden is 18 years old from Brownwood, Texas. He started showing when he was eight years old. Although he says his favorite show is the Arizona National, he would love to win Houston. Though Madden has had experience showing cattle and pigs; sheep and goats are what he is most passionate about.

His biggest accomplishment would either be winning both the State Fair of Texas sheep and goat show in the same year or exhibiting the Grand Champion Market Goat at the American Royal in Kansas City.

When asked who he looks up to in the barn Wise said “I truly admire the gratitude and kindness of my younger siblings—they’ve always been supportive, whether I was loading up empty-handed or celebrating a big win.” He also said “My dad has been my greatest role model. He, along with my aunts, found incredible success in the show ring, all under the guidance of my grandfather.”

After graduating, Madden plans to study law at Oklahoma State University and work toward building a successful future—not just for himself, but for the sake of his future children’s show careers.

When looking at his daily routine, he notices himself reaching for Sullivan’s Silk and Rejuvenate shampoos. He says that they ensure his animal’s skin and hide are at their best for a strong show ring presence.

Although Silk and Rejuvenate are his go to show day products, his go to tool is the Andis Pulse ZRII clippers. He says that not only do they keep his animals looking their best, but they can be easily stored in his Sullivan’s Defender backpack for protection.

“Incorporating Sullivans supply into daily care is not hard whenever you trust the products.” Madden says. He uses Rejuvenate & Volumizer shampoos depending on his project and trust that they are going to perfect his animals skin, hide, and wool/hair.

Sullivan Supply would like to wish Madden Wise luck as he finishes up his show career this year!
