This year marks an incredible milestone for Sullivan Supply as we celebrate 10 years of leadership from our General Manager, Matt Burkhart. Over the past decade, Matt has played an integral role in guiding Sullivan Supply through some of the most significant growth in our company’s history.
When Matt joined the team, Sullivan Supply was already built on a foundation of innovation, customer service, and dedication to the livestock industry. But under his leadership, those values have been magnified into action.
During his tenure, Sullivan Supply has reached milestones that have changed the face of our company:
• New Facilities built in both Dunlap, Iowa, and Texas, providing state-of-the-art spaces that have allowed us to grow our capacity, streamline operations, and better serve our customers.
• Expansion of Retail Stores in both Ohio and Oklahoma, extending our reach and service to more customers across the country.
• Manufacturing Growth, with expanded metal fabrication capabilities that have strengthened our product line and ensured the durability and quality Sullivan Supply is known for.
• Show Schedule Expansion, with our trailers and sales representatives now covering more events than ever before—providing hands-on service, advice, and products directly to customers in the barns.
Beyond the numbers, Matt’s leadership has shaped the culture of Sullivan Supply. He is known for his strategic vision, his ability to solve problems with a steady hand, and his dedication to both our employees and our customers. His guidance has allowed our team to adapt, innovate, and continue pushing boundaries in an ever-changing industry.
As we celebrate Matt’s 10 years, we also celebrate the growth, success, and opportunities that his leadership has helped make possible. The impact of his work can be seen not only in our buildings and show schedule, but also in the relationships and trust Sullivan Supply continues to build within the livestock community.
