The Indiana Beef Youth Spotlight Foundation was established to recognize, support, and invest in the young people who represent the future of Indiana’s beef industry.
Each year, youth exhibitors at the Indiana State Fair dedicate months – often years – to raising, caring for, and preparing their livestock projects. These experiences teach responsibility, perseverance, financial management, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the show ring and into lifelong success.
The Foundation exists to ensure that these efforts are meaningfully recognized. Through direct financial awards, we provide tangible support to youth exhibitors who demonstrate excellence, commitment, and achievement at the Indiana State Fair, including:

• Top 5 Heifers
• Breed & Reserve Champion
Our focus is intentionally simple and transparent: putting real dollars back into the hands of Indiana youth and their families. These funds help offset the significant costs associated with livestock projects while reinforcing the value of hard work, dedication, and integrity.
