Here is a link to the form to submit your group stalling request for the February 2021 Hoosier Beef Congress.
Please only submit ONE request for your entire group. Each separate exhibitor should NOT submit a separate form.
Please note all entries will be verified by the Committee to ensure accurate information is given for head count. Please complete late entries as soon as possible so that they may be able to be included in your group.
The Stalling Map that will be available prior to the event will only list the Group Name. It is up to you to sub-divide your stalls within your group.
Large groups may have limited options of what space is available to fit your entire group in.
All stalling requests must be received by February 10, 2021.
Exhibitors that do not enter a stalling request will be assigned stalls by the committee.
