Hoosier Beef Congress – 2025 Stalling Information

2025 Hoosier Beef Congress Stalling Information
All stalls at the Hoosier Beef Congress will be pre-assigned this year. Once assignments are finalized, they will be posted on indianabeef.org, shared on our social media channels, and sent out via Remind. All stalls will come pre-bedded with mulch, which is included in your entry fees.
Stalling assignments will be handled by IBCA Staff using the following priority order:
1. HBC Online Stalling Auction
November 9, 2025 on Willoughby Online Sales: https://wlivestock.com/auction/30209
– The first 30 stall selection opportunities will be sold in the online auction.
– Each lot allows you to select a stalling location for up to two households (a household = all youth living at one address).
– If multiple households want to stall together and exceed two addresses, you must purchase additional auction spots to cover all households.
– All entries must be completed and paid in Showman.app before stalling selections are made.
– Each auction purchase includes one VIP trailer parking pass per household covered under the purchase.
– Auction purchasers may unload and set up 1 hour early on Wednesday, December 3.
After the auction, purchasers will receive an email from hoosierbeefcongress@gmail.com with maps and instructions.
2. HBC Sale Consignors
– Sale consignors will be stalled near the sale cattle area.
– Priority here applies only to the consignor’s household.
– To stall with others, those households must also qualify via auction or volunteer priority.
3. Volunteers
– Volunteers helping with designated roles will receive stalling priority after consignors and auction purchasers.
– Each household that wants to stall together must have its own volunteer shift represented.
– Location requests will be considered when possible, but if specific stall placement is a priority, purchasing an auction spot is the best option.
4. Google Stalling RSVP Form
– On November 10, after the Online Stalling Auction, a Google Stalling RSVP Form will be emailed and shared via social media and Remind.
– Exhibitors not covered under the priority levels above should complete this form, even if only one household is stalling.
– You may request to stall with any number of families, but larger groups may have fewer location options.
– Stalls at this level are assigned in the order RSVP responses are received.
