Sullivan Supply East welcomed Kenzie Grimmer of Ohio and Alexis Montgomery of West Virginia as their Sullivan Supply Traveling Sales Interns. Grimm and Montgomery joined the team for the summer traveling to eastern shows. Under the instruction of Sullivan Supply Ohio Manager, Katie Cull the girls learned how to pack and prep the supply trailer for shows, manage inventory and display products while at a show. They also grew their working knowledge of the show industry while being apart of the most innovative livestock show supply company.
Attending many Ohio Lead shows and some cattle and goat shows Grimm has full schedule this summer. Her favorite show was the Ohio State Fair.”Being an Ohio native I knew a lot of the people in attendance and had a lot of fun being able to help them at the show. I learned about industry favorite products and made many connections across the country. This experience was invaluable and I can’t wait to see where it takes me!”
Montgomery replied that her favorite thing about the internship was traveling this summer and making connections along with new friends. He show to attended was NJSA Summer Spectacular in Louisville, KY. “I learned so much this summer about what goes on behind the scenes of being at a show and how much the industry relies on Sullivan Supply. I highly recommend anyone interested in traveling and showing to apply for the 2023 internship.”
Most importantly the Sullivan Supply East Team took both interns in and treated them like family, Thank you to Kenzie Grimm, Alexis Montgomery and the entire Ohio Sales team for making it an awesome summer!
