This week Morley Griffith, Kainan Kuelb, Dalton Hartman, Matt Griffith, and Courtney Kuelb share some insight into the NAJRAE family.
At ‘Off The Chips’ we’re 100% committed to giving our youth a platform they might not have otherwise—a chance to host or be a guest on a podcast. This all started with a simple idea: to create a space where young voices could be heard, where they could share their stories, passions, and insights with the world.
We recently saw this vision come to life when Commissioner of Agriculture, Blayne Arthur, asked former junior board member Morley Griffith if she would be interested in joining a podcast. With excitement, Morley said yes and mentioned that she already had experience as a podcast host, thanks to NAJRAE and “Off The Chips.”
It’s moments like these that remind us why we started this journey—to empower the next generation with opportunities that inspire confidence and leadership. We couldn’t be prouder of the incredible young people who are stepping up, sharing their voices, and making a difference.
Stay tuned as we follow Kainan and Matt through the selection process in future episodes.
