This summer between all aspects of our company we attended every junior national heifer show. Day in and day out we watched as ordinary people transformed into extraordinary leaders. Not only were the leaders with titles like association staff and junior board members exceptional, but individuals that lead the charge at the chutes, in the show ring and throughout contests helped to morph the lives of the people around them. Congratulations to all the current and future leaders in this great industry. Keep up the good work!
