Leading our newly relocated Sullivan Supply facility in Galt, California, Andrea Jankowski brings a lifetime of livestock experience and a genuine passion for people to her role as Sales Manager – West.
Andrea’s roots in the industry run deep. Raised in a family where agriculture was a way of life, she grew up immersed in the 4-H and FFA world. Her father dedicated 30 years as a high school FFA advisor, and that influence shaped Andrea from an early age. She began showing sheep as a young exhibitor and steadily built her own program, growing from just a few head in 2000 to more than 150 wether dams by 2020. Along the way, she gained hands-on experience across multiple species, including sheep, goats, hogs, and cattle.
Her connection to Sullivan Supply started long before her leadership role. Andrea has been a loyal customer since 1999, frequenting the Lodi location as a young showman and staying committed to the brand ever since. That long-standing relationship, combined with over a decade of retail experience, made her transition into leadership a natural fit. Today, she proudly leads the Western region from the new Galt location, continuing Sullivan Supply’s legacy of serving livestock families at the highest level.
Andrea is driven by the opportunity to educate and mentor the next generation of exhibitors. Whether she’s helping a young showman troubleshoot a challenge or recommending the right product for the job, she finds the most fulfillment in seeing others succeed.
“I love when a recommendation truly solves a problem,” Andrea shares. “Or when someone is in a bind and we’re able to step in and help, that’s what it’s all about.”
Her approach is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: success in the show industry comes from dedication, not shortcuts. “There’s no magical product that replaces hard work and effort,” she says, advice she consistently passes on to the families she works with.
From the barn to the show road, Andrea is known for her authenticity, knowledge, and ability to connect with people. She’s more than a leader, she’s a trusted resource, a mentor, and a strong advocate for the livestock community across the West Coast.
Working alongside Andrea this summer is West Intern Cora Schaumann, a passionate young livestock enthusiast who embodies the next generation of the industry. Raised with a strong work ethic and a deep involvement in livestock, Cora brings enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn to the Sullivan Supply team. Whether she’s assisting customers, learning the ins and outs of the business, or representing Sullivan Supply on the show road, Cora has quickly become a valuable part of the Western team. Her dedication to helping fellow exhibitors and her eagerness to expand her knowledge make her a perfect fit for the Sullivan Supply family, and Andrea enjoys helping mentor her as she continues to grow both personally and professionally within the industry.
