The Summer Symposium Friday afternoon road trip heads north and east from Lexington to Mays Lick, home of Boyd Beef Cattle, one of the nation’s leading seedstock producers. Charlie and his family are welcoming our group to visit their Angus and Hereford seedstock operation for the evening. While we are at Boyd’s we have scheduled a special workshop for you: a livestock photography demonstration with professional cattle photographer Wes Chism of JWC Marketing.
