This week’s fun fact is for the college kids – Don’t have the schedule for a full summer internship? College students may apply for the American Junior Maine-Anjou and American Junior Chianina mini internship program. The interns will assist the AMAA and ACA staff during a three-week long internship to prepare and execute the National Junior Heifer Show. Interns will arrive in Platte City, MO prior to the National Junior Heifer Show and will work through the duration of the event, including the wrap-up. Interns will get the full experience of executing a junior national and help in all aspects. This is a paid internship and housing will be provided throughout the duration of the internship.
