We are excited for you to meet Peyton Heard, an 18-year-old from Perry, Georgia, serving as an At-Large Director on the 2025-2026 AJCA Board of Directors!
Peyton was inspired to step into this leadership role to help young cattle enthusiasts chase their dreams and reach their goals. Throughout the 2025–2026 term, Peyton hopes to have a fantastic year while connecting with more breeders and exhibitors from all corners of the country. His advice to fellow AJCA juniors is to never stop believing in yourself—if you dream something, put your mind to it and work as hard as you can to make that dream come true. And to keep things light, Peyton’s favorite joke is always a crowd-pleaser: Why did the cow cross the road? To get to the udder side!
