With summer winding down we will be saying goodbye to 4 members of our team as school starts back up and we are looking for 1-2 great people to join BRC Ranch starting September 1.
We are pretty flexible in the position – mostly looking for the right person rather than a specific job description. We are open to someone who can join us part time, so possibly 1-2 people that can dedicate a consistent 20 hours a week or more, but must be able to start work at 8 a.m.
Or, ideally we would love to find a great person to join us FULL TIME on the ranch too. This would be a salaried full time position with benefits for the right person.
The job is your typical cattle ranch job, a bit of everything and it changes day to day. Cattle work, fencing, feeding, equipment maintenance, mowing, putting out hay in the winter, etc. We work hard, and we do a lot every day. This is not a job for someone who is lazy or likes to just sit around. We are always on the move and always have something going on. Lots of times in multiple directions.
