Beefmaster Breeders United has approved a new two-tier registration system that gives members more flexibility—not more requirements.

The new model offers two registration pathways:

• Performance Registry (Whole Herd Reporting)

• Traditional Pedigree Registry

Most importantly, Whole Herd Reporting remains completely voluntary.

This new structure allows breeders to choose the program that best fits their operation while providing new opportunities for those who want to leverage herd data, strengthen genetic evaluations, and add value to their breeding program.

Because better data doesn’t just benefit individual operations—it strengthens the entire Beefmaster breed.
