Meet Josh Brink, Sullivan Supply Sales Representative

At Sullivan Supply, the impact of a great team member isn’t measured just by the miles they travel, it’s measured by the people they influence. And for Josh Brink, that impact has been felt in barns and show rings across the country.

Based in Dunlap, Iowa, and originally from Dow City, Josh got his start in the livestock industry at a young age, working summers at Sullivan Supply alongside friends. What began as a job quickly turned into a passion for the stock show world and the people in it.

After attending Iowa Western Community College, where he competed in football and track, Josh returned to Dunlap and has spent the past three years as a full-time member of the Sullivan Supply team. When he’s not on the road, he also dedicates his time to coaching high school football, continuing his investment in the next generation.

From major livestock shows to the busy run of summer Junior Nationals, Josh has become a familiar and trusted presence, someone exhibitors can count on. Whether it’s answering questions, troubleshooting under pressure, or simply being there when it matters most, he brings a steady, positive approach to every stop.

“Throughout the years I have grown a fond passion for the stock show industry,” Josh shares. “Networking with new individuals and helping them problem solve has become a highlight for me.”

That passion is on display here at the Red Angus Youth Expo in Madison, Wisconsin. For Josh, the most rewarding part of the job is seeing young exhibitors succeed. “Watching their hard work pay off, it means something.”

His advice is simple: be prepared before you leave for a show, but know Sullivan Supply has your back if you need it.

Dependable, approachable, and all-in for the people around him, Josh Brink represents the heart of Sullivan Supply, and a commitment to the next generation that doesn’t go unnoticed.
