The NJSA is pleased to have David Ammann serve as one of our Purebred Barrow judges at the 2025 Exposition.
David resides in Highland, Illinois with his wife Kate and three kids: Beau, Tate, and Millie. He attended Lake Land College and then went on to the University of Illinois. During the day he works as the Sales Manager for Central Rubber Extrusions, his family-owned business that manufactures rubber products for numerous industries nationwide. He also is a Co-Owner and operator of Ammann Showpigs which consists of 30 Duroc and Crossbred sows where they strive to raise high quality showpigs and market them across the country for 4-H kids and families.
David has been very fortunate to judge numerous different shows across the country, some of his highlights are: Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, OYE, Aksarben, and numerous state fairs.
