Bos Indicus Youth Round Up
The 31st Annual Bos Indicus Youth Round-up is held at Casino Showgrounds and is aimed at encouraging youth to become involved in the cattle industry.
The Weekend focuses on the preparation and showing of cattle whilst covering other aspects such as junior judging, parading, animal husbandry, team work and gives all 74 participants aged between 8-25 a chance to meet and interact with new people. The two day camp allows participants to learn as much as possible on the Saturday and then put their knowledge into practice on the Sunday. Once again this year the Bos Indicus Youth Round-up Committee invite competitors to work and compete with a beast of ANY BREED as long as the rules and regulations are followed.
