Terry Burks
Terry is a retired Professor of English Studies from Chifeng University and formerly served with the Kentucky Department of Agriculture as an educational coordinator and federal livestock grader. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Animal Science from Western Kentucky University.
With over 1,400 junior and open shows judged across 43 states, Terry’s experience includes major events like the American Royal, National Western Stock Show, North American International Livestock Exposition, and the Oklahoma Youth Expo. A certified ABGA judge and teacher-judge, Terry and his wife Alice reside in Scottsville.
Bailey Bergherm
Originally from Terre Haute and now in Horse Cave, Bailey co-owns B.A.B. Boer Goats and Premier Club Goats, running 400+ head with an extensive embryo transfer program flushing 40+ donors annually.
Raised in livestock through 4-H, she turned that passion into a nationally competitive breeding program. Today she judges for the American Boer Goat Association, provides clipping and photography services, and is especially passionate about mentoring and developing youth exhibitors.
Blake Quiggins
Blake, also based in Horse Cave, co-owns Premier Club Goats and B.A.B. Boer Goats, managing ~500 does with a strong ET program producing competitive goats nationwide.
He began showing livestock at age five and grew up in the beef cattle industry. Today, Blake travels nationally fitting cattle and goats at major shows and owns Champion Show Supply, a Sullivan Supply dealer serving multiple states. He has judged shows across the country and is passionate about working with youth in the livestock industry.
