“Were just days away from the kickoff of the 2020 Kansas Beef Expo!! Just a few things to update on today.

1) We have moved to an online entry system this year, if you have not created an account online we ask that you do so as soon as you can. If you have already pre-entered this is already done, if not it will speed up check in tremendously if you do. You can set up your account, do your online entries and pay any fees either online or at the show. If you have changes or corrections to any entries you can make those changes online or we can make the changes at check in time. It would speed up check in tremendously if online accounts are created prior to check in. Visit the web site here to create your account – www.showman.app/shows#/kansas-beef-expo

2) If you are stalling or showing out of your trailer we ask that you try your best to keep all trailers to the South of the Prairie Pavilion. We can utilize any space we need as far East and West but please try to keep trailers to the South of the building. If you are not showing or stalling in your trailer there is ample space to park trailers to the North on the Midway of the Fairgrounds. All vehicle parking will be to the North of the Prairie Pavilion on the pavement. If there is grass areas roped off we ask that you please respect those boundaries and not park or stall in those areas. We will not be monitoring parking so we ask for your cooperation and help to keep this as organized as possible.

3) We are expecting a large turnout for this years show, the main focus for this year and every year is for each and every exhibitor to have fun and go home with a great experience. It will take all of us to make that happen. Please be patient and respectful to staff of the Kansas State Fair, the crew of the Kansas Beef Expo and most importantly other exhibitors and families!!
